I currently work for Miller-Davis Company and lead the innovation initiatives.
My day-to-day consists of reviewing our current workflows and identifying how we can become more efficient. I have successfully championed the implementation of new systems and processes including, but not limited to, digital bids (BuildingConnected), digital signatures (DocuSign), project management (Autodesk Build), among others.
Currently, I’m working on the implementation of a new estimating platform (ProEst) and the restructuring of our preconstruction workflows.
